23/11/2005 Sadly, Sean the terrier had a fit on Tuesday and although he was rushed to the vet he didn’t make it. He has been unwell recently and his death was due to old age.

Poor Sean was rescued in 1997 and was in rescue for almost his entire life. Foal Farm looked after him and cared for him, but it is still sad that the right forever home just never came along for Sean. :-(

Goodbye Sean – you may be gone but we will not forget you.

———————————–

Nine year old terrier cross Sean has been at FOAL Farm, Kent, for far too long. He was originally rescued arrived from a Welsh strays pound in 1997 – and is still looking for his forever home! :-(

Sean is a truly lovely dog, but would only be suited to seasoned dog owners/handlers who have the dedication and patience he needs.

Sean’s main problem is that he can become over-excited, which can occassionally lead to nipped fingers – this is NOT aggression, but can be misinterpreted. However, Sean cannot be homed with cats or other dogs, or young children.

Only sensible and dedicated dog people should enquire about this loveable rogue, as he is very set in his ways. It helps if you understand grumpy terriers!! :-)

Sean dearly loves a nice pottering walk, although he does have a tendency to believe that big stones are candy!

If you would like to offer Sean a loving, experienced home, please contact manager@foalfarm.org.uk or phone 01959 572386 between 1.30 – 4.30 any day except Tuesday – please don’t forget to mention the Oldies Club!
