June 2007, we have been informed that Bobby has very sadly passed away :( Our thoughts are with his carers at Dogs Trust. Sleep tight Bobby.

Bobby is an 9 year old German Shepherd Dog, currently at Dogs Trust Merseyside Rehoming Centre.

Bobby arrived in rescue with his lifelong pal Jess who has now been rehomed, so he is very depressed in kennels, poor lad.

He has been out to a couple of homes but was returned on both occasions. Due to his age, he can be a little grumpy at times and his sight is deteriorating so he is being offered on the Dogs Trust Foster scheme.

When Bobby arrived at Dogs Trust he was OK with other dogs, however, as time has gone on, and perhaps due to being in a kennel environment, his tolerance levels have fallen, and so Bobby now needs a home where he is the only pet. Any children in his new home should be 12 or over.

Bobby enjoys playing with his toys, particularly squeaky ones, and loves going for walks. He also loves to warm up your feet on a cold night by curling up around them.

Please can you offer this old boy a home to retire to; he really does need to get out of kennels ASAP.
