19/7/08 Rosa has very sadly had to be put to sleep due to illness.

——

Rosa is a 10 year old Dobermann. She is at Blue Cross Bromsgrove Adoption Centre in Worcestershire due to her owner having health problems and being unable to look after her anymore.

Since being at the centre, the Blue Cross have found Rosa to be an extremely friendly girl who loves her fuss and walks.

Ideally Rosa would like to be the only pet in her home in order for her to have the attention she needs. This beautiful girl would not like to be left alone for more than 4-5 hours a day.

Rosa could live with older children (12 years +) provided they give her the space and quiet times she needs. They would need to get on well with her at the adoption centre first too.

If you would like to find out more about Rosa, please contact the Blue Cross Bromsgrove Adoption Centre as follows:

Telephone: 0121 453 3130
Email: bromsgrove@bluecross.org.uk

Blue Cross advise you to phone or email to make sure Rosa is still available before you visit. To reserve her you would need to visit the adoption centre and complete the necessary paperwork with a member of staff.

Please mention that you saw Rosa on the Oldies club website.

Summary of Rescue’s Rehoming Policy
When potential owners visit the centre they are asked to fill out a homefinder form. This enables us to see what kind of dog they are looking for. If interested in a particular dog, a member of staff discusses the dog’s history and ensures the owners are best suited to the dog. A homecheck is carried out after a reserve is put on and all members of the family are asked to visit the dog at least twice to get to know it better.
