5/8/2009 Sadly, Skip was taken poorly and has passed away. At least he was very well cared for in his last months.

Poor Skip has had a rough time lately. Luckily he has been given another chance at life after being scheduled to be pts after his owners didn’t collect him from the pound. He is being rehomed by RSPCA at Macclesfield

Skip is a Labrador Cross of between 7-10 years old, who is a gentle, friendly dog who deserves a second chance in life. He would be best suited to a home with an older person who would suit his pace of life. Skip has had a health check and is in a good state of health, apart from being slightly underweight and having a slight heart murmur which will be checked in a couple of weeks. He is microchipped, wormed, flead and has started his vaccinations including kennel cough. He has also been neutered.  On his recent trip to the vets he didn’t seem bothered about the cats and dogs who were there.

As you can see from his photos he is a dear old lad who just needs some TLC and a comfy home with someone who will give him the chance to be in proper home where he belongs. All the staff who know Skip say he is a lovely boy and they just want to see him settled asap.
