Dicky Bag review – by Angela at Oldies Club

I do a lot of walking with my dogs and generally there are no bins on the walk, so I would usually tie the bag to my camera bag. This, especially in the warmer months, would leave an unpleasant aroma in the air as I walked the fields!

However, after a rather unfortunate experience involving my expensive camera bag and a burst poo bag, I decided I really needed another way to carry used bags on my walks until I could find a bin/arrived home.

I saw a link to the Dicky Bag website on a dog forum and decided this was the answer to my poo bag problems!

I received my Dicky Bag some time ago now and I must say I am so pleased with it. I have attached the Dicky Bag discreetly (I went for the large/black option) to my camera bag and it is very easy to access while out walking.

Without wishing to go into too much detail in case anyone is eating, I am pleased with its capacity! I am also very happy that I do not find a nasty niff following me around on walks these days – well unless one of the dogs has rolled in you know what anyway. In fact I have to confess that one day I forgot to empty the bag into the bin on my way home and didn’t realise until I next went to use it – and I hadn’t noticed a smell coming from the Dicky Bag at all.

I find the Dicky Bag very useful – even if there are bins on a walk it’s still very handy to have the bag as I’d rather have my hands free for leads, camera, throwing balls etc. and walking along swinging a poo bag just isn’t that pleasant, is it?

The Dicky Bag comes in a range of designs from discreet black to a lovely pink flowery pattern and is offered in three sizes depending on the size and number of your dog(s) and their residue!
