21/4/2010 We are very sad to hear that Pancake has passed away after being taken very poorly. He is very much missed by his foster family who had grown to love him very much.

If you like your dogs large and lovely, then Pancake could be just perfect for you. He is an 8 year old Akita who was found as a stray and ended up in a dog pound in Yorkshire. Luckily, he is now under the care of South East Dog Rescue.
Pancake is a lovely older gentleman who enjoys his own space and is looking for a nice warm, comfy home to spend his retirement in. He would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
He travels well in the car, and would be an ideal companion for a more mature family, or a quiet household, with children aged 14 and over.
