Molly is a ten year old Domestic Short Haired girl who came into the care of the RSPCA, Macclesfield when she was found by a member of the public. Molly was in poor health and sadly no owner came forward to claim her, so she’s now in foster care in Macclesfield and hoping someone will offer her a loving new home.

Molly has a Hyper Thyroid which explains why she was so thin when she arrived and she is now on tablets. She is eating and drinking well and has started to put on some weight. Her teeth were also in bad condition, her molars had to be removed and she needed antibiotics to clear an abscess. All in all poor Molly has had it bad, but despite all this she is extremely affectionate and wants nothing more than your full attention! She’s a very sweet girl and would love to find her very own pet and child-free home.

Molly has settled into her foster home very well and she made herself at home from day one. Her fosterer describes her as a very soft cat who loves to have her tummy tickled. She likes being picked up, as long as she gets lots of strokes and attention from you when you’re holding her. She sleeps quite a lot but this is normal for her age, and she still has her mad moments when she runs around or has fun batting a ball around.
