———————

Spike is a very lovely long haired Jack Russell who needs a new home through no fault of his own. He currently lives at home in Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, but because his owners’ circumstances have changed a lot recently he is spending a lot of time on his own. His owners would therefore like to find him a new home with someone who can give him plenty of fuss and some company during the day.

Spike is 13 years old and he’s very good with children, although he does tend to get excited around them. His ideal home would be fairly quiet, so either with adults only or where any children are older, but one with someone who is around a lot during the day.

Spike doesn’t need long walks because he soon gets tired, so just a short stroll out every day will suit him fine. He could live with another quiet dog, but he needs a cat-free home.

Spike is blind in his left eye due to a cataract, but this doesn’t bother him at all. He is neutered and otherwise in very good health.
