26/1/2014 Libby will be going to her new home today. Wonderful news!
Pretty little Libby is a 10 year old tabby and white girl who is looking for a new home with the help of Cats Protection in Haywards Heath, East Sussex.
Libby has a very sad story: her previous owner took her to the vet to have her put to sleep as Libby had started to bite. It turns out that this was only due to Libby being in enormous pain due to the first stages of arthiritis. Luckily for Libby, the vet got in touch with Cats Protection and saved her life by doing so.
Dear Libby is a sweet quiet girl with no other medical needs except for the odd ache in her spine. She would probably be better suited to an adults only household who would accept that she may not want to be picked up. She loves her gentle cuddles and fusses and enjoys her “sleepy time”, so she would make an undemanding and quiet little companion.
After what she has been through and getting so close to losing her life, Libby really deserves a second chance. Can you offer her that? If so please contact Cats Protection as follows:
