13/11/18 – Roxie has been adopted!
Roxie is a gorgeous 10 year old brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier girl who is at Dogsfriends in Somerset because her owners could no longer keep her.
Roxie has been waiting in rescue for a while now and in kennels she was gradually becoming sadder and sadder as the weeks and months went by. Staffies are such loving dogs who simply want to be with their people, snuggled up on a sofa, so it is tragic to see them in kennels. Thankfully for Roxie, she is now in a foster home, but she does need to find a permanent home.
Roxie would like a nice quiet home, but she can live with older, responsible children. She needs to be your only dog, but she is OK when she sees dogs on walks when she is on her lead. She can’t live with cats. Roxie is spayed and has no current medical needs.
Roxie is so sweet and friendly. Could you offer her the caring home she needs?
