17/01/21 – Great news for Bella – she’s found a new home at last!
—————
Bella is a 7 year old French Bulldog in the care of Freshfields Animal Rescue in Liverpool. She’s looking for an adult-only home and she could live with a compatible dog. As long as they don’t even think about eating her food!
She prefers the female staff at the rescue so a lady owner would probably suit her best. All the staff love her because she’s full of character!
When Bella arrived she was suffering with an ongoing ear infection but after a long course of antibiotics she is finally beginning to feel better.
Unfortunately her ears will need regular treatment for the rest of her life so she will need an owner who can manage this. She’s worth the effort as she a really affectionate girl with those she loves.
Bella is a little poppet! She loves her home comforts and staff often have to persuade her to venture out of her kennel for her first wee in the mornings.
She travels well, is good on the lead and was impeccably well behaved on a recent trip to the beach.
Bella has shown some protective behaviour and will run and bark at anyone she feels is a threat to her human but she is soon won over with treats.
She would benefit from a home with experience of her breed. As soon as you have made friends with Bella her playful personality begins to shine through.
If you can offer this adorable girl the right sort of home with all the love and attention she deserves, please contact Freshfields Animal Rescue as follows:
