15/3/20 – Hazel has found a home
Hazel is about 12 years old, a medium-sized girl who is with Pawprints to Freedom in a foster home in Fife.
She is super friendly, cuddly and very loving, although she does need a little time to trust new people at first, which is to be expected. After spending her life in such a sad and lonely situation, Hazel is now so deserving of a forever home.
Hazel would like a home that is child-free, or with older dog-savvy children, so she can chill out. She currently lives alongside a resident dog and isn’t keen, though she may be OK with a smaller/older dog. She is fine with cats.
Hazel is a crate trained and a good girl in the car. She needs some work with walking on the lead. She is housetrained although at the moment needs to be carried outside. Hazel likes her food – she eats really well, either wet or dry food, and loves a yummy treat. Hazel’s foster family have been fabulous with her but they feel that, due to having young children and a large dog, their home isn’t right for Hazel.
Could you offer Hazel and her cuddly, furry coat her ideal new home?
