2/8/20 – Louie has found a home
————-
Lovely Louie is a 10-year-old Brittany Spaniel who arrived at Freshfields Animal Rescue as a stray. Freshfields did make contact with his original owner, who had owned Louie since he was a pup, but had passed him on to someone else recently.
Louie is a fantastic boy. He is super-friendly and loves everyone he meets. He struggled to cope in the kennels and was very stressed, so he has moved to a foster home, where he is thriving.
Louie is a very sweet, affectionate dog who loves home comforts and tummy tickles. He is a senior boy but still has bags of energy; he really enjoys walks and rolling about in the grass.
An active home is required for Louie, where he will be given plenty of exercise and stimulation, ideally with someone who is experienced with the breed. Louie really likes company, and can get upset if he is shut away, so his new family will need to be home throughout the day.
Louie is very sociable around other dogs and could live with a compatible dog. He would like to live with children over the age of 12.
Could you offer Louie a fun and active home where he can spend his days in your company?
