1/1/20 – Paddy has found a home!
—————
Paddy is a lovely 10-year-old Staffy boy who is being rehomed by RSPCA Macclesfield SE Cheshire & Buxton Branch but is kennelled at RSPCA Chesterfield in Derbyshire.
Paddy arrived in rescue in a pretty bad state. He was emaciated and dehydrated and had a couple of pressure sores. This poor old lad must have been quite badly neglected.
Paddy is a friendly boy but he can be very anxious. He is unsure of new people and situations such as vet checks, and being in unfamiliar places. His world has been ripped apart though and he’s been put into a very stressful environment, so it’s no wonder he is unsure, but the staff are wonderful and are trying hard to make his life as easy as possible.
Once Paddy develops a positive relationship with people he is a real sweetheart and enjoys fuss and company. He needs a quiet home and an owner who will make him feel comfortable and will manage him effectively when he is unsure and worried. He is looking for an adult-only home without other animals. You must be prepared to be patient as it will probably take Paddy months to fully settle in his new home.
Paddy has been neutered and vaccinated. One of the sores turned out to be a tumour and this has successfully been removed.
This lovely lad deserves a very happy future. Could you offer him a wonderful home?
