5/2/21 – Marly’s health has sadly deteriorated and she is remaining with her current carers
Dear old Marly is a 14-year-old Podenco Maneto cross with long fur who is with Miss Mollie’s Rescue in York. In case you’re wondering, Marly is terrier sized – no bigger than a spaniel.
This sweet old lady desperately needs a loving home where she can live out her days in comfort. Beautiful Marly needs to be your only dog, in a home without other animals and with no children.
Marly was in a sorry state when she was first rescued and she dragged her legs. She has recovered now, though one leg clicks outwards, but this simply makes her unique and is part of her charm. She has a benign lump on her foot.
Miss Mollie’s Rescue would ideally like to find an adoptive home for Marly, but they would also consider a forever foster home for this gentle girl. They normally rehome within a 20-mile radius, but further away will be possible for the right home.
Could you offer Marly a quiet home as your only pet?
