2/2/2022 Adorable Missie and Cleo have found their perfect home after lots of lovely ones to choose from.

Irresistibly cute, Missie and Cleo are a pair of Maltese Terriers; Missie is 11 years young and Cleo is 16 years young and they are currently enjoying life in an Oldies Club foster home in North Hampshire/West Berkshire borders. Sadly, their owner had to move into a care home and they need a forever home together please.
At home: It took around two weeks before Missie and Cleo were completely settled and little accidents stopped. They are fine to be left for 2 – 3 hours before there might be little accidents. They would not be happy with owners who worked full-time as they have always been used to company and someone around most of the time.
Good with dogs: Missie and Cleo tend to bark at dogs outside but not in an aggressive way. They are living quite happily with another dog in their foster home.
Possibly okay with cats: Missie and Cleo seem to be fine with cats outside, but they are not currently living with them in foster care.
Children in the home: They are both fine with children over 7 years old.
Out and about: Missie enjoys walks of around 20 minute. Cleo gets tired sometimes and enjoys a lift in a dog pouch! They are both good in the car and enjoy outings.
Favourite pastimes: Missie and Cleo are at their happiest with lots of fuss, sleeping on the sofa next to “foster Mum or Dad” and, of course, food.
Missie and Cleo’s dislikes: Neither of them seems to show any signs of being frightened of anything, but little Cleo can get agitated if she loses sight of Missie.
Their ideal home: Missie and Cleo would be well suited to a quiet home with someone around for most of the time.
Health notes: Missie and Cleo are spayed, vaccinated and worm/flea treated. Cleo has no teeth. Missie has a history of conjunctivitis. She had a distended stomach in early 2021 and scans found masses on her liver and spleen, but they don’t seem to be causing any issues at the moment. They must have water in their food (3 times a day) as they don’t seem to drink water on its own.
More from their foster carers: Missie and Cleo are mischievous, like to sleep and enjoy treats and being fussed. They are lots of fun and need daily grooming.

If you would love to offer a home to an oldie but your circumstances aren’t suitable, perhaps you would be kind enough to sponsor one of the special oldies we are caring for that, due to health problems, are unlikely to be offered a permanent home.
