8/11/2021 Super Slinky is so happy now that she has been adopted.

8-year-old Slinky is a wonderful girl who is with Love Underdogs in Waltham Abbey, Essex. You would need to be able to visit Slinky a couple of times before she can go on a home trial.
Pretty Slinky is a smaller medium-sized girl, about 15kg, who absolutely loves attention and people despite the life she has had. She is always dancing at the front of her kennel when the staff walk past, hoping for a little love, and maybe a little biscuit!
Staff all adore her but do have to be a little careful with her around other dogs. Slinky has been through a lot in her life, from being on the streets of Romania, to a public shelter there crowded with 300 dogs, has not helped her feel OK with all canines. She is also believed to have had puppies and she would have had to protect them, so she needs a home with no other pets, so she can be the adored only one.
She did share a kennel with two other dogs in Romania, so can be with some other dogs, but she is definitely choosy and defensive. As she’s a nice size, on her little short legs, she is easy enough to handle on the lead.
Slinky is a great character who deserves the chance to be loved while being spared the things she finds stressful. She would love a garden of her own, and confident, experienced humans who will treasure her. Love Underdogs are wanting an adult home only for Slinky, not because she would have an issue with children, but because they want her to have a relatively quiet time.
