A New Year’s Eve message from the fundraising side of the Oldies Club team
Winter Appeal
It wasn’t very long ago that we had to close our doors to incoming oldies, due to financial challenges. Everyone on our Oldies Club team donates their time, as volunteers, to our little charity and knowing that we were having to turn away older dogs in urgent need of help was truly heartbreaking for us all
It is only thanks to subsequent donations that we have been able to take in a number of older dogs this month, including Indie, the beautiful lurcher, and the precious little ones featured here, who have come to us from a variety of upsetting situations, including a bereavement and several who found themselves strays in the coldness of winter (strays who went through the correct legal local authority process before entering our care).
We would like to share our sincere thanks to everyone who has made a donation to and/or fundraised for Oldies Club this year, because your donations/efforts truly do change, and in some cases save, the lives of these wonderful older dogs. Thank you
If you would like to join this wonderful group of compassionate people, or reconfirm your support, and make a donation today to help take care of dogs such as Freddie, Belle, Mary, Dipsy and Libby into 2023 and enable us to keep our doors open to other older dogs in need into the New Year and beyond, please support our Winter Appeal
We can only continue our charity work with your kind donations and we are thankful beyond any words to everyone who supports us in rescuing and rehoming older dogs in need, in the UK.
Wishing you all a peaceful/fun/relaxing New Year’s Eve with your loved ones and the very best for 2023
