Sweet Adele, also known as Della, is a pretty 12-year-old lady who is being rehomed by
Paws2Rescue and is fostered in Norwich.
Adele has been living in the UK for the last 5 years, bringing nothing but love and joy to her current owner. Sadly, due to heartbreaking circumstances beyond anyone’s control, Della is now looking for a new home.
Della is a mature and very easy-going dog. She is fine around adults and children, and will often greet visitors with enthusiastic barking. She is usually cautious and timid around new dogs, but never unfriendly. She is very tolerant of small animals like chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and pigeons, whom she normally ignores, but has not been tested with cats. She could live with a calm dog, but would not enjoy a home with a young, energetic dog.
She walks perfectly well on a lead and has been following her current owner closely off-lead too. Due to her age, Della’s left hip gets stiff and she should avoid stairs. She does, however, really love her daily walks and she happily jumps in the car. Della very occasionally has a short seizure, but this is not of concern to the vet as they are so brief and infrequent.
Della is a calm, low-maintenance lady. She’d be happiest in a quiet home, and she enjoys having an undisturbed place where she can rest and snooze during the day. Della truly is the sweetest, most affectionate dog who’s not asking for much, but deserves the world.
Could you offer Adele (Della) a lovely new home?
