12/5/2023 Adorable Astra now has a place to call her home.

Lovable Astra is a 10 year old, female, dark brown/brindle Staffie/Kelpie Cross who finds herself without a home and a sofa to call her own. She is currently being cared for by Jan’s Dog Rescue in Coventry and hopes to go to her forever home soon.
Astra is super friendly and is the most lovable little girl when it comes to her people and cuddles. Despite her grey little muzzle, she is fit, very lively and loves her walks. She would be happy with a 30-45 minute walk per day or two shorter walks. It’s believed she has not been walked for some time before coming into rescue so, although she is enjoying being out, she finds meeting other dogs stressful. This may improve as she used to be okay.
Astra needs an animal-free home and can be around older children, but she is not a fan of cats and birds. She could be left for short periods. She will need a daily walk to keep her fit and healthy and a garden to chill out in when that sun eventually shines.
Astra is spayed and has no known medical conditions.
