25/4/23 – Pretty Contessa has found her new home!
Beautiful Contessa is a lovely lady, thought to be around 12 years of age, but she certainly doesn’t act that old. She is in a foster home in Malvern, Worcestershire, for Nirina’s Dog Rescue. She originates from Bosnia.
Contessa is a sweet dog who gets on fine with other dogs. She would love to have an owner who is around the majority of the time. She needs someone who is prepared to work on building Contessa’s confidence when going out for walks, as it’s all quite scary for her. Contessa travels well in the car.
Contessa’s eyesight and hearing are a bit limited, and because of this she can be scared when you approach to stroke her. Once you’ve stroked her though she calms down and is fine. She is apprehensive when you approach her, but she likes having humans near and she’s always interested in what you’re doing.
Could you offer Contessa a home with lots of kindness and patience?
