16/6/23 – Jessie has gone off to her new home!

Pretty Jessie is about 10 years old. Very sadly, she was dumped in a bin bag in Romania, with another old dog, and left for dead.
Thankfully her luck has now changed and she is with Forgotten Souls Rescue, in a foster home in Wakefield.
This lovely girl is looking for a calm and quiet home. She would suit someone who isn’t wanting to have to take a dog for walks as she is quite happy to simply potter in a nice-sized garden. She also loves to lie in the sun and snooze.
She is fine to be left on her own when you need to pop out and she will just sleep. She has happily discovered the joys of a lovely soft bed.
Jessie could live with a calm dog but it isn’t known how she is with cats. She wants a peaceful life, so a home without children would be best for her.
In the car, Jessie likes to sit beside you for reassurance. She is OK for short journeys. She is a very friendly and independent girl who is especially fond of teatime!
