5/8/23 – We are delighted to hear the news that little Rocky has found himself a fabulous new home after being spotted on the Oldies Club website.

Rocky is a lovely 11-year-old Terrier cross, (possibly a Manchester Terrier cross), whose owner has sadly passed away. Rocky is being rehomed privately by his temporary carer. He is in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.
Sweet Rocky is full of fun and is a very affectionate boy who loves cuddles. He enjoys his walks and is happy to trot along beside you for half an hour to an hour. He is polite to other dogs, although he is wary of large, bouncy dogs and will bark if he is rushed at. He seems to tolerate cats in his garden but has never lived with a cat. He is good with children.
Rocky is good in the home and is happy to be left for a few hours. He loves to be part of whatever is going on but he would also be happy in a one-to-one situation. Lovely Rocky is housetrained and travels OK. He is also easy to groom and handle.
Rocky is a little arthritic but is fit and has recently had a full dental. He has a slight heart murmur (he was scanned recently) but it does not require medication. He has very small cataracts forming. He is neutered.
This fabulous boy would suit someone looking for a loyal companion. Could you offer him a happy new home?
Rocky is being rehomed privately by Geraldine, who has confirmed that she will take Rocky back if his new home doesn’t work out for any reason. Prospective adopters will be carefully homechecked.
