Bruce has come to Rovers Dog Rescue due to his owner’s ill health. He has been very well looked after and is a dream to walk and very obedient indoors.

Bruce is 7 years old and is supposed to be a Beagle/Boston Terrier Cross, but he just rather looks like a cute Staffie. Bruce has lived perfectly well with other dogs and loves going out in the car. He has not been cat tested.

Bruce’s previous owner didn’t really leave him, so he is finding it a struggle when his foster mum goes out even if the rest of the family are in. This results in barking, whining and pacing. Some training has been done and there is a slight improvement, but it’s felt that he would need a home where someone is home a lot and another calm dog would help him.

Apart from this, the foster home can’t fault Bruce; he’s had a big change and he’s trying to get his head round a different life.

Bruce is neutered and in fine health.
