Adorable Buster is a very sweet and older gent who came into rescue with Rescue Remedies as his owner is now disabled and unable to take care of him. He’s in a temporary foster home in New Malden, Surrey, and just what a lovely pooch he is. Buster really needs to find his retirement sofa very soon!
Buster is a friendly, 11 year old terrific Jack Russell Terrier (born 2013) and he’s just great to have around. When at home, he loves nothing more than a good snooze, either on you or on the sofa, and lots of cuddles. He also likes to potter around in the garden, and he also likes to play with his toys for brief sessions, here and there. He’s also house-trained.
Buster is now eating very well and has a good appetite, especially in the evening. He travels well in the car and you kind of forget he’s there. He went to a garden centre recently and he was so well-behaved – he loved sniffing all the different pots.
Buster walks well on a lead; in one of the videos here, it looks like he’s going really fast, but he’s actually walking right next to his carer who was walking quite slowly.
Buster doesn’t mind traffic at all and he doesn’t mind other dogs, as long as they don’t get too close. He’s great with people and he’s happy to take cuddles from anyone.
