3/9/24 – Casper has found a home – yay!
—————

Gorgeous Casper has been in a foster home in Ashington, Northumberland, provided by Helping Pets North East for a few months now and really needs to have a loving home of his own.

Casper is a 9 year old, male, white Staffy who, despite having only 3 legs, enjoys running, playing and swimming. While in foster care, he has trimmed his waistline and now weighs 20kg, down from 27.1kg on arrival. He’s not far from his ideal weight now and just absolutely loving life. Although 9 years old, Casper loves his daily adventures and has so much more energy now.

Casper is quite a needy boy in the home and probably wouldn’t cope with being left long at all to start with. He is a typical Staffy, a bit noisy and wants to be with his people. Whilst he is good with children, cats and other dogs, a busy home with all those things might be too much for him. He previously lived with an older gentleman and his current foster home is on the quieter side too.

Casper does like a routine and feels his morning walk should be the priority, but he is then happy to potter in the house with his humans.

Casper is neutered and on a diet at the moment but has no other known medical conditions.
