Darling Dora is a beautiful 11yr old cross breed girl, currently being fostered in Ayr, Scotland and looking for her forever home through Saving and Rehoming Strays.

Dora came to the UK from Romania where she had lived in a dirty, concrete kennel for her entire life. She is just the sweetest and most gentle girl, that so deserves to spend the remainder of her life in comfort, and surrounded by love.

Her foster home say that she loves nothing more than being cuddled up on her duvet, and thinks that if she gets off it, someone will take this new found warmth and love, away from her.

Dora has lived with other dogs in the shelter, so it is felt she could either be an only dog, or could join a dog family, although quieter, non boisterous dogs only, so that she can enjoy her calm retirement. Whilst she could possibly also live with children, they would definitely need to be older, and respectful of Dora’s age and needs.

Dora may be a golden oldie, but she still has plenty of life left in her, and is determined to spend her remaining years enjoying what she has missed out on. He loves nothing more than a gentle walk, and would love a secure garden around which to potter.

Dora is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and up to date on her flea and worm treatments.

Dora is described as low maintenance, and is such a sweet and loving girl. If you feel you are able to give her the loving, quiet home, she is looking for, please contact, Saving and Rehoming Strays as follows:
