Please meet Finn (tan) and his ‘sister’ Bailey (black). Forgotten Souls Rescue have been asked to help this lovely pair find what will hopefully be their forever family, because it’s really important to their current family that their next home is their forever home.

Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, these much-loved dogs need rehoming and ideally together, as they came to the UK from Romania at the same time and have known life together for several years now.

Sizewise, Finn is the size of a Beagle, and Bailey is about the size of a small, lean Retriever. They are used to living with children, and are good with dogs if they are introduced slowly. They aren’t used to living with cats.

Information from their current family:

“Finn (male) and Bailey (female) are loving, sweet dogs that have lived as brother and sister for several years now. They love cuddles and affection. Both are house trained. Thought to be 7 years old but I don’t know their exact ages because of their beginnings. They were born in Romania, in rough conditions before being rescued and brought over to the UK where they have been with me since. They have turned into amazing dogs.”

“They are good with my 3-year-old daughter, however if they are going to be around young children I would suggest they are supervised to begin with due to them being rescue dogs and they will be nervous in their new home until they get settled.

They need a home with an enclosed garden to run around in and someone who has time to take them on daily walks. They enjoy playing together in the garden. On walks Finn (tan) is a sniffer and is happy to tootle along on lead, whereas Bailey (black) loves to run around and play. Bailey is currently allowed off lead because her recall is good with me but she will need to bond with you and practise recall before being allowed off lead in a new home.”

Forgotten Souls Rescue will do a homecheck and are providing rescue backup.
