Hetty and Sophie are such darling little girls that are the best of friends. They are currently in Shoreham by Sea, Sussex under the care of Dogs Trust, Shoreham who are seeking their forever home. They have had a lot of changes happening around them of late, so a settled home where they can together live out their retirement years, is what these sweet little ladies are so hoping for.
Sophie
Sophie is a 14yr old Norfolk Terrier, and Hetty is a 9 yr old Maltese/Jack Russell cross. Sophie loves her toys, especially the squeaky kind ! She loves to interact with her owners and loves nothing better than playing a tug of war with you. A large box of toys is Sophie’s idea of a perfect home. Hetty is still learning what toys are all about, but slowly wanting to join in and learn from Sophie. Both love interactive toys and puzzles, such as Kongs and snuffle mats, where they can try and find their favourite treats.
Hetty
Both Hetty and Sophie are still active for their ages and adore their walks, loving nothing more than to run off and explore new places and smells. Loud noises and busy places can worry them a little, so a home where they can be walked in quieter areas and away from busy roads, would be perfect for them. They are looking for a home with a steady routine and owners that are gentle and patient and willing to take time to allow them to settle in to their new home. They do not want to live with children, resident or visiting.
These gentle girls are looking for a pet free, calm and quieter home. They relish human company, but will need time to settle in, as they can initially be shy and take a while to feel comfortable around new people. However, once they do, they will be your best friends and will be the sweetest companions.
