**Rehomed!**
Kiki is a sweet, Crossbreed lady of around 8 years who’s in a foster home in Norwich, Norfolk through Safe Rescue. She loves the company of other dogs and must have at least one other dog in her forever home so she can properly relax.
Kiki was rescued from a puppy farm situation in Wales in 2018. The dogs were semi-feral in a field and were never touched. Since then Kiki has been with another rescue but Safe Rescue offered to help with four of their “untouchable” dogs as they simply weren’t progressing in a kennel environment.
Having spent her life as a professional Mum, Kiki is very much a “fusser” over other dogs, liking to know where everyone is and that they’re OK. She’s an intelligent girl who is still getting used to human contact but is now really starting to understand and enjoy it.
Kiki now enjoys her walks and walks well on a lead. She really loves her food and this will be an asset when she moves on as her friendship can be bought with bonios or gravy bones!
Dog savvy children from age 10 would be OK for her as long as they respect her space and especially her nap times.
Kiki has wasted the majority of her life either being used as a breeding machine or in a kennel. She is now enjoying life in her foster home but she would dearly love a home and settled family of her own with at least one other dog as a snoozing and pottering companion.
Note: Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from them must wear a slip lead on walks for the duration of their lives. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue. All dogs have to be collected and a crate must be used. Full information about their rehoming policy is on Kiki’s profile page.
