Sweetie girl Narah is a 13-year-old Crossbreed who’s in a foster home in Kenilworth, West Midlands through Dogs Trust Kenilworth. She wants a peaceful home with no other pets but older children would be fine for her.
Narah is a very affectionate, people oriented dog. She loves company and wants a home where there’s usually someone about so she can relax. She follows her foster carer around and is delightful company.
Narah enjoys peaceful walks in nature. She can react to other dogs she doesn’t like the look of but has actually improved on this score since being in foster care. She’d still rather have walks at quiet places and times of day. She loves going in the car as you never know what exciting new place you’ll end up!
She especially likes a bit of a gallop and grass roll, off-lead in a secure field. She’s surprisingly bouncy for a lady her age!
Narah loves children, as she does all people, but they can make her a bit giddy and clumsy. She’s on the larger side of medium-sized and could accidentally knock over anyone small. Older children or visiting children under supervision would enjoy having Narah as a friend and she would be fine with them as long as her sleepy times are respected.
Narah previously had mast cell tumour removed and she has some fatty lumps and a touch of arthritis for which she’s on medication, all par for the course stuff with adorable oldies and she really is remarkably lively still. Having said that, she does want a nicely predictable life of walkies, fuss and treats please. Hustle and bustle is a young dog’s game!
