Placid Roly came to Halfway Home Dog Rescue about 6 years ago when he was 2 years old, so he is about 8 years old now. He has just been returned from that home due to owner ill health and is now fostered in Collingham, near Newark. Roly was rehomed recently but, sadly, his new home did not work out for him, so he’s back in rescue and still waiting for his new owner.

Roly is a medium size Crossbreed lad (probably Corgi Cross). He is placid and laid-back. He is good with other dogs outside but needs to be the only one in the home. Roly is good with people and loves to follow you around. He is friendly but can be shy and protective at home.

Roly is a calm boy in the home. He would be happy pottering on short walks, as he’s not currently fit, but he does enjoy going on a walk and sniffing around. He would make an ideal companion for someone who is looking for a gentle dog. He would suit a quiet environment with no children.

Roly is neutered, has no known medical conditions and his vaccination booster has just been done.
