Rory (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Listed under:

Rory is a small cross breed boy, around 8 yrs old currently being fostered in Norwich, Norfolk, under the care of Safe Rescue whilst he finds his forever home.

Originating from a shelter in Romania he has quickly adapted to domestic life. and is learning what it is like to live in a home environment. However, what he truly wants are humans that are going to be in his life forever, and a loving warm home.

Rory is looking for an adult only home with no children and could be an only dog or share with another. However he doesn’t like to feel overcrowded, so any future doggy pals would need to be calmer dogs that give him his space. He loves people and is interested in what everyone is doing, so will definitely make someone the perfect buddy.

Rory is still a little wary of strangers, so will need to be shown patience whilst he settles in, and going forward meeting new people. His new owners should understand that it may take a little while for him to feel safe, and for him to ask for love and attention, however, once he feels secure in his new home and is shown kindness and understanding, this little chap will shine.

NOTE -Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from them must wear a slip lead on walks. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue. All dogs have to be collected and a crate must be used. Further details around Safe Rescues rehoming policy can be found here.
