Loving Tempy is a medium-sized Greyhound (Cross?) aged around 7 to 8 years old. Safe Rescue met Tempy during their trip to the Botosani public shelter in Romania in October. She was a favourite amongst the team and one of them championed her cause and raised the funds to bring her to the UK.
Tempy is now here safely enjoying life in a foster home in Norwich, Norfolk, and continuing to win hearts and friends.
Tempy is an incredibly affectionate girl who is absolutely convinced that she’s a lap dog. She is inexperienced on a lead, but work is being continued on this and she will gain confidence in time in her forever home.
Tempy mixes really well with other dogs but is also quite happy as the only dog in the home. She could live with respectful children aged 8 plus.
Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from them must wear a slip lead on walks. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue. All dogs have to be collected and a crate must be used.
