29/04/2024 – Toby and Bertie have been rehomed!
—————-
This gorgeous little duo is Toby and Bertie who are being rehomed with the help of Dogs4Rescue in Manchester. Note that they only rehome within the North West area.
Toby (black & tan) and Bertie (tri-colour) are 9-year-old brothers and they are having to find a new loving home due to their owner’s ill health. What a sad situation for all involved.
These delightful dogs are full of fun and they would benefit from an owner who is experienced with terriers. Ideally they need a new home together, rather than being separated, and their new home needs to have someone around for most of the day.
Dogs4Rescue would consider separate homes if they feel it is the right match. If they were to be rehomed separately, they may each benefit from living with a steady, confident female. Bertie in particular was very taken with a female dog during his assessment. Neither of them can live with cats, but children aged 12+ would be fine.
Toby is very friendly and confident in the home. He greets visitors well and will happily jump into their lap.
Bertie is timid and can be nervous when he meets new people. He would benefit from them having a quiet, adult-only home.
Toby and Bertie will need some help to build their confidence on walks and also need work on their socialisation around other dogs as they can initially be reactive.
Could you offer this fabulous duo a lovely new home?
