1/9/24 – Vernon has found a home!
————-

Vernon is such a gorgeous boy who loves to play with a ball and be around people. Wellingborough Dog Welfare in Northamptonshire is helping him to find the best retirement/forever home he deserves.

Vernon is a 9 year old, brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross who does not act his age whatsoever. He’s such a sweetheart and he loves to have strokes and scratches with his people. He is full of beans and runs around like a loony.

Vernon is ball mad and will play fetch all day; if he has one he is happy. He is a bit needy, but he was found abandoned in a garage so you can’t really blame him. He has been okay around dogs but would rather be with his people and his ball. He is not a problem walking around them. Vernon could live with children aged 10+.

Vernon does like to Staffy talk. He really is a sweetheart and will make somebody a wonderful companion. Please don’t be put off by his age as he really doesn’t act it at all, more so acts like a 4 year old. He can be quite strong on the lead and, once he is in the car, he travels well.
