24/09/09 Millie has now found her purrfect home
Millie was found wandering a busy area of Nottingham, starving and wafer thin but through the care of her AARU fosterer she is starting to put on some weight and relax, in the knowledge that she is now safe.
But she is a little worried as you can see by her frown. This beautiful girl thinks that because she is around 10 years old and is partially deaf, that no-one will give her a chance but AARU are sure that someone out there will prove her wrong!
Millie still has her looks and takes pride in her silky semi-long haired coat, doesn’t mind being brushed and loves her food! She enjoys company and likes to be near you, feeling right at home sitting on your knee. She also enjoys a bit of “me-time” and will happily curl up on the bed or the sofa.
Because of Milly’s hearing problem, she would suit an indoor home or a home with very safe, secure access to a garden or indeed supervision whilst outside. AARU are prepared to discuss this, to find just the right home for her.
