11/9/23 – Gorgeous Bentley has found his new home!

Bentley is a very handsome 9-year-old Border Collie who is being rehomed by Protecting Preloved Border Collies. He is currently in a foster home in Croydon.
This gorgeous boy is looking for an owner who will have lots of time to spend with him, and be patient with him while he settles in. He’s had quite a few changes of late which must have been unsettling for him. He needs a quiet home as he wouldn’t be happy somewhere with lots of comings and goings.
Bentley would like to be your only dog, and he will chase cats so needs a cat-free home. He also values peace and quiet so doesn’t want to live with children. He needs people who have experience of collies and who will set clear boundaries for him and be patient and consistent. And kind of course!
As well as being handsome, Bentley is of course a very clever boy, and he will even open doors for you (well he is a gentleman after all!). So playing brain games, or doing obedience training, to keep his collie brain occupied would be perfect for him. Also a decent level of interesting walks, where he can benefit from some gentle socialising, would be perfect. Bentley loves to travel around and, as is often the way with collies, he can get quite vocal when excited.
