Ward was due to come into the care of the Oldies Club under The Alice Project. Bewildered and confused by the pound environment, he was a gentle old dog, just seeking a loving new home.
Sadly, Ward ran out of time before he could be rescued. The reality of life for dogs in his situation is often stark and unforgiving – the truly unfair thing is that this dog ended his life without knowing the love and comfort of a home.
