15/4/08 Hovis sadly had to be put to sleep as kennel life was too much for him.

Hovis is a brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross of around 8 years of age. His current home is Rosedene Rescue, but he hopes that this ad will help find him a better place to stay, and, more importantly, a human friend to love him.

This lovely fellow is a typical staffy cross: friendly, bouncy, and playful, and he loves his toys! He also enjoys going for walks. He actually enjoys them so much that he can’t understand why humans have to walk as slowly as they do, so he tries to encourage them to speed up a bit by pulling on the lead! It seems that a bit of training is required to make Hovis understand the pleasures of slow walking.

Hovis would suit a home with children older than 16 and with no other pets. He has no medical needs.
