8/10/08 We have just heard the sad news that poor Bailey has had to be put to sleep.

Bailey is a 13 year old Golden Cocker Spaniel who is being rehomed via Cocker Rescue & Welfare who are in East Sussex.

Bailey’s owner has died and Bailey is being cared for by the deceased’s family. But they work all day so Bailey needs a new home ASAP. He is currently in Basingstoke.

Bailey is a good-natured old lad who is said to be in good health. He is castrated.

Bailey needs a loving retirement home. He loves his walks and is an affectionate boy. He is used to children and can live with cats!

Rescue’s rehoming policy
Dogs are matched to potential owners. They go to their new home on one month’s trial. If all is OK, adoption papers are
signed. Maggie offers help and advice for the rest of the dog’s life if needed.
