11.6.12 Wonderful news. Rainbow and Tania have found the perfect new home.
Rainbow and Tania are mother and daughter and are very close. Their owners were moving and were unable to take the cats with them so this lovely mother and daughter have been waiting at the Cats’ Protection Rehoming Centre since April 2011 for someone to offer them a place where they can settle down.
Rainbow is 15 years old, a beautiful semi-longhaired tortoiseshelland. Due to her age she suffers with arthritis and is on daily medication to help this. However, she takes her medication without a fuss (preferably in some tasty food!). Her equally beautifuldaughter, Tania, is 14 years old, rather shy but a friendly girl as well.
Snoozing is the girls’ favourite hobby but they can also be playful! Occasionally Rainbow can be bossy towards her daughter but they do love each other really! The girls would love to find a home with a garden to relax in. They get on well with dogs and children but would prefer to be the only felines in their new home so they can get all the cuddles on offer. Rainbow and Tania have been waiting nearly a year for their forever home but the people at Cats Protection are sure the perfect owner is on their way, and worth the wait! Please go and meet his gorgeous mum and her daughter, they would love to say hello and are currently roaming around the reception area so they can keep an eye on all comers.
