Whiskey was in quite a poor state when he came into Oldies Club care after the death of his owner. Despite the best of care from the vet and his foster carer, he sadly had to be put to sleep recently.
His foster carer told us: Whiskey was a sweet little dog but he sadly had numerous medical issues, both mental and physical, and also eating problems. By far the worst thing though was his mental state. He showed many signs of senility and was constantly stressed and mostly inconsolable. The vet and I both agreed that the kindest thing to do for him was to let him go. He is now at peace.
