Beautiful Fudge (Oldies Club, fostered Manchester)
It was such a shock to find that energetic Fudge had a very serious heart defect, and even worse that she quickly became critically ill and died of heart failure. She leaves behind her son, Spike, in the care of their devoted foster carers.

Pretty Peggy Patterpaws (Oldies Club)
We don’t know much about Peggy’s past, but we do know that she’s a sweet and gentle girl. She needs a home with someone around a lot of the time as she doesn’t like to be left. She enjoys lazing in the sun, and her playful side is starting to emerge. Peggy’s fine with dogs, good with children, and enjoys a car journey.

25/4/12 – Sad news from Furry Friends today – ‘Sadly we had to have Ben put to sleep this morning. A home had been offered but they are on holiday at the moment. Unfortunately it just wasn’t meant to be. :(‘ Sleep tight little Ben.

C14/5/12 – We just had some very sad news from South East Dog Rescue – ‘Connie had a home lined up for this week but, devastatingly, she died today on the way to emergency vet of bloat. I’m absolutely devastated. Thank you so much for putting my beautiful girl on your site.’ Run free, Connie.

Whiskey (Oldies Club, fostered South Wales)
Poor little Whiskey had numerous health issues and displayed the signs of senility. He was constantly stressed and inconsolable. The vet advised that the kindest thing was to let him go. Sleep tight Whiskey. :(

Update : foster home found for Snuggly Peggy
Little Peggy is a small terrier cross who is gentle and doesn’t need much exercise. Peggy has just been spayed and needs some TLC while she gets over the operation. She urgently needs a foster home in the W. Midlands area.

We very sadly have to let you know that Tiny Charlie has passed away :( He took a sudden turn for the worse and the vet felt that he was suffering so his fosterer made the difficult decision to let him go.
