Sorry, we are unable to send sponsor packs if you donate less than £20 as a one-off donation or £5 as a monthly donation.  It doesn’t leave much for the dogs once the sponsor pack is printed and posted. If you would like to make a small donation, you can still complete this form but not get a sponsor pack.
